2. When ordering, besides your name, company name, contact
no. and email address, please include the following information:
* Item number ( shown in RED
on web pages)
* Quantity
* Sports or event
* Type of Figures/ Mylars/ Columns when applicable
* Words, Fonts or literature on the engraving area
* Date needed
For ordering by email, we will send you a reply as soon as possible.
3. Supply
Artwork such as logos and wordings when applicable. Artwork can be
sent by email. Words can be in MS WORD file. Wordings on fax should be clearly
printed. Artwork should be in JPEG, TIFF, PDF, EPS or CDR file. Fax and photo
copy of artworks are not acceptable for setup purposes.
4. Our mininmum
order for each time is $25.00. For credit card payments, we only accept VISA
& MasterCard.

6. Our regular office hour is Monday thro Friday from 9am to 5:30pm; Saturday by appointment only.
